EIFS (Dryvit) and Stucco can be a costly material to have to maintain on your Home. We are offering Non Penetrating Inspections on all EIFS (Dryvit) and Stucco homes for $200. We will come out to the home and scan the exterior of the home looking for vulnerable areas where moisture can enter. A Home Inspection Report is sent out the same day with photos and recommendations of what should be done. This should be done once a year to help prevent costly repairs.

The basic Septic Inspections includes all the components in the home and tanks, pumps and alarms, and drain field probing to verify all components are functioning as designed.
This is usually only necessary if problems arrise at the Septic Inspection. We will arrive prior to turn the water on and begin filling the system. This is done at the same times two days in a row to verify the system can accept the amount of water. This test is to check the drain field to make sure all water is draining correctly based on the number of bedrooms in the home. This is a 2 day test and all results are sent to you on day two.
